We want you to love your MADCOCONUT. But if something’s off, don’t stress — we’ve got you.
✅ WHAT'S RETURNABLE
You can return or exchange any non-personalized item within 30 days of delivery — as long as it's unused, in original condition, and still in its original packaging.
Personalized cases? Sorry — those are made just for you and can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect. (In that case, show us a photo and we’ll fix it.)
🚨 HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email us at support@madcoconut.com with your order number + reason for the return.
- Include photos if there’s a defect or issue — we’ll take care of it fast.
- Wait for our confirmation + return instructions before sending anything back.
- Don’t ghost-return your item — unapproved returns won’t be accepted.
💸 WHO PAYS FOR WHAT?
- Return shipping costs are on you (unless it’s our mistake).
- We don’t refund original shipping fees.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund to your original paymen method within 10 business days.

Want a different design or size? No problem — just follow the same steps above.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
- Items marked “Final Sale” or discounted promos aren’t eligible for return.
- We don’t accept returns on gift cards.
- Write “RETURNED ITEM” clearly on the package to help speed things up (and avoid customs drama).
- For damaged or wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
