  • Orders placed more than 365 days ago
  • Final sale / clearance / replacement items
  • Normal wear & tear (because, yes, phones get touched)
  • Scratches, yellowing, dents, scuffs, faded colors, loose buttons, or anything caused by drops, throws, rage-quits, or spontaneous cartwheels

Basically, if it looks like it’s been lived with, that’s life — not a defect.
